Custom Mascot Creation Process
When we create a mascot for a client we will first have a phone or in-person meeting to discuss the mascot. Don’t worry if you aren’t local to us. In the era of FedEx and the Internet, we routinely make mascots for customers all around the world without ever meeting them in person.
Once we have had our initial design conversation, we begin to look at organizational logos, promotional literature, and other company information. Pierre’s team of talented mascot designers will begin to work up preliminary design sketches. Once you have reviewed the initial designs, your personal mascot designer will go back to the drawing board and begin to create a series of more detailed sketches. After the client has reviewed the detailed sketches, we typically are ready for a final color design sketch, along with a detailed proposal with fabric and materials swatches.
If we have communicated throughout the process, the final sketch should be exactly what you want. At this point we are able to quote firm prices, however the client can steer us to their budget throughout the design process. Custom mascots can range from anywhere from a few thousand dollars and go up from there. Prices all depend on what the client wants and level of construction.
